Refund Policy

1. Right to Refund

You can request a refund within 7 calendar days after receipt (Right of Withdrawal - Article 49 of the CDC) or 30 days for defective products.

2. Eligible Cases

✅ Refund: Any product, as long as it is intact and in its original packaging.
✅ Defects: Products damaged or inconsistent with the description.
❌ Not eligible: Items opened, damaged due to improper use or without an invoice.

3. Process

1. Contact: Send an email to eyva @eyva.com.br with:

   • Order number

   • Photos

2. Analysis: Response within 72 business hours.

3. Reimbursement:

   • Card: Refunded in up to 2 invoices (depending on the bank).

   • Pix/Boleto: Within 5 business days.

4. Costs

• Shipping: We refund in cases of our error or defect.

• Regret: Shipping costs at your expense.

5. Deadlines

• Start: 2 days from confirmation of return by the Post Office.
